Code of Conduct

Decipher IT Solutions is committed to creating a safe, respectful, focused, and encouraging learning environment for students, families, instructors, mentors, and partners.

Respect

Participants are expected to treat others with respect, patience, and professionalism. Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or disruptive behavior is not acceptable.

Learning mindset

Students are expected to participate, ask questions, practice, complete assignments, and remain open to feedback. The goal is growth, confidence, and practical skill development.

Digital safety

Students must use all tools, accounts, systems, and learning environments responsibly. Unauthorized access, harmful scripts, misuse of credentials, or unsafe online behavior is prohibited.

Attendance and participation

Students should attend scheduled sessions, communicate when they are unable to attend, and use recorded access to stay current when available.

Community standard

Decipher IT exists to build skill, confidence, opportunity, and community. Participants are expected to contribute to a learning culture that supports those goals.
